Where is rivet city armory

Go to the floor above the Armory, have Dogmeat at your side. I'm on my second play through; once I nab Dogmeat I'll try 'er again. I'm not seeing any turrets I'm assuming that that's the red dot behind this massively locked door.

Yeah, turret is behind the locked door I think the only way in is to pick it. But if you pick it while hidden, and you sent the Mr. Gutsy away, you can sneak in and disable the turret without anyone becoming hostile to you.
